Solution 1. (Not Tried):
 Go to Desktop “Right-click->Arrange Icons->Show Desktop Icons”
if “Show Desktop Icons” is unchecked then Checked it.

Soultion 2. (Not Tried):
Goto
Step 1. Start->Run
Step 2. Type “regedit”, click on “OK”.
Step 3. Go to “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer”
Name: NoDesktop

Check to see if the value is set to 1 if so change it to 0 and restart

Solution(N.T.):
Go to Safe Mode Administrator account
Click on “Start -> Run ->” and type  ”control userpasswords2″ and click “OK”.
Once in the User Accounts window
Tick the square “users must enter…”
Single click (highlight) your user name
Click Apply
Untick the square “users must enter…”
Click Apply
Enter your password (if you don’t have one, leave blank)
Click OK
OK

Now Restart your computer to confirm automatic logon of your Normal account

Cause: There is due to registry hack which enable or disable Windows TaskManager.

Solution 1:
Go to “Start->Run” and type “regedit“, press “OK“. [Registry Editor will open.]
Go to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER->Software->Microsoft->Windows->CurrentVersion->Policies->System
Check for name “DisableTaskMgr” of type “REG_DWORD” in the right pane of registry editor. 
if not present then right click on blank space and select “New->DWORD value“
Give the name to newly created DWORD to “DisableTaskMgr“.
Double click on “DisableTaskMgr” and check the value if it is “0″ [zero] or not, means Enable.
If not then make it “0” [zero] to enable Task Manager.
[Note:]
Value: 1 = Enable this key, that is DISABLE TaskManager.
Value: 0 = Disable this key, that is Don’t Disable, Enable TaskManager.

Finally close all window and restart the system.

Solution 2:
Go to “Start->Run“, type “gpedit.msc” and click “OK“. [It will open Group Policy window.]
In the Group Policy settings window Select
User Configuration->Administrative Templates->System->Ctrl+Alt+Delete options
Double click on “Remove Task Manager“
Select “Diabled“.
Click “OK“.
Finally close all window and restart the system.
[Note:]
Since the policy is “Remove Task Manager“, so by Disabling the policy, actually you are Enabling the Task Manager.

Solution:
Step 1:
           Go to any folder.
           Go to “Tools–> Folder Options”.  It will Open “Folder Options” dialoag box.
Step 2:
           Go to “View” tab 
         select “Show hidden files and folders”. 
           uncheck “Hide protected Operating system files”.
           Click “OK”.
Step 3:
           Open your drives (By right click and select Explore. Don’t double click!)
           Delete “autorun.inf” and “MS32DLL.dll.vbs” or “MS32DLL.dll” (use Shift+Delete as it deletes files 
           forever.) in all drives include Removable Drive.
Step 4:
           Open folder “C:\WINDOWS”. or else goto Start->Run and type “C:\WINDOWS” and click on “OK”.
           If the files or folder are not displaying then Click on “Show the contents of this folder ” in the right  
           pane, it will show you the files and folder. THEN
           Find “MS32DLL.dll.vbs or MS32DLL.dll” and   Delete it. (Use Shift+Delete)
Step 5:
         Go to “Start–>Run” and  type “regedit“. Click on “OK“. This will open Registry editor
           Navigate in the left pane as follows:
          
           “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE–>Software–>Microsoft–>Windows–>Current Version–          >Run”.  
            If the entry MS32DLL  is present then Delete the entry MS32DLL (Use Delete key on keyboard) 
         else leave it as it is.

           Go to “HKEY_CURRENT_USER–>Software–>Microsoft–>Internet Explorer–>Main”.

           If the entry Window Title  “Hacked by Godzilla” is present then  Delete the entry Window 
           Title ”Hacked by Godzilla”.  else leave it as it is.
           Close “Registry Window”.
Step 6:
         Go to “Start->Run” type “gpedit.msc” and press “OK“.
           In “Group Police” window
           go to “User Configuration->Administrative Templates->System”.
           Double Click on entry ”Turn Off Autoplay” it will display following Properties

          o Select “Enabled “
              o Select “All drives”
          o Click OK
Step 7:
         Go to “Start->Run” type “msconfig” and click on “OK“. 
           System Configuration utility dialogue will open.
           Go to “Startup” tab, uncheck “MS32DLL” Click “OK“.
           When the system configuration utility asks for restart , click on “Exit without restart”.
Step 8:
           Go to “Tools–>Folder Options“. 
           Select  “Do not show Hidden files” and 
         Check “Hide operating system Files”.          
Step 9:
         Go to your recyclable bin and empty it to prevent any possiblity of MS322DLL.dll.vbs lying there.
Step 10:
           Restart your PC once and you can now open your hard disk drives by double clicking on them.

Cause: Due to Virus.

1. Solution:

Go to: Start->Run-> Type gpedit.msc
Then:
->User Configuration ->Administrative Templates –> Windows Components –> Windows Explorer-> “Removes the Folder Options menu item from the Tools menu”.
Right click on “Removes the Folder Options menu item from the Tools menu”.
->Properties->Disable->Apply.

2. Solution:
Go to Start–Run–type regedit
click on “Edit” menu select “Find”, in the find dialog box type Folder options
if u get below mention details, then fine otherwise press “F3” for find next until u get following details.

Type: REG_DWORD
Data: 0×00000000 (0)

Double click on “{305CA226-D286-468e-B848-2B2E8E697B74} 2″ or right click and select “Modify“
Change the value of “Value Data”  to “1″ and press “OK”.

Data: will become 0×00000001 (1) which is correct value to show the folder option on “Tools” menu.

This will enable the folder options.

Ans: CRuntimeClass is a structure and therefore does not have a base class.
